Nico is a highly experienced food service director who has worked in key growth roles with some of the UK’s largest and most influential caterers. His focus is on strategic and profitable growth through sustainable business opportunities whilst developing existing client relationships.
He is analytical, commercially minded and passionate about working in partnership with our clients to create positive change by improving financial and operational performance through business excellence.

Prior to joining Eat Social, Paul was UK Culinary Director for a leading contract caterer. Previous roles include Group Executive Chef for JP Morgan and their European estate and Executive Chef for Goldman Sachs.
He’s a ‘Chef of Great Britain’ and has earned plaudits as a writer and judge for national and international publications and food organisations. He’s presented TV, film, and radio food programs and has created healthy eating initiatives for the NHS.

With experience gained from working for both large and small contract caterers, he has a depth of knowledge that allows him to provide operational guidance and leadership to all our teams.
Most recently he was leading the global food and beverage strategy for a flexible workspace company.

Iona led the marketing team for a £80m B&I contract caterer and developed the F&B marketing strategy for Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium.
Most recently, she set up the marketing function for a sustainability driven start-up.
